Guster! April 2005. I started the whole concert thing a little late, but once I did, I was so hooked.

i'm going to be honest here.

first real, embarrassing concert: trl concert featuring destiny's child.
you have to have the story though... i was in 8th grade and mostly wanted to go because this boy i had a crush on wanted to go. we got tickets, then i got weirded out about going with him and didn't even end up taking him after all. for the record, he is now gay. i should have figured lol.

otherwise, my first not crappy music concert was a jingle jam show... duncan sheik, lifehouse, sister hazel.

Ooo. Spice Girls. Nice. I wanted to see them. Even would have liked to catch the reunion tour, but the ticket cost was too rich for my blood. Haha. My first concert was 'NSYNC Summer 1999 (after my freshman year of high school) in Milwaukee. Hard to believe that was nearly a decade ago!

And I'm embarrassed to say, I'm a closet Justin Timberlake fan. Not many people know. so shhhh!!

I just feel weird about loving him because I feel that my love for him should have died when I was 14.
I'll sing along to his music and when I see him on TV I'm like "ooh he is so sexxy!" hah. But I don't like Nysnc, just JT.
He is going to be on Ellen this week!

Haha. My love for 'NSYNC started when I was like 14. And they will always be a part of me. Their music got me through some hard times, so they still mean a lot to me in that way.

That's cool about Ellen. I probably won't watch it, though. Not that into them anymore. I just follow their individual music projects and a few other things here and there.

Well, lol. I attended my first concert in March of 2000, and it was the Backstreet Boys. lol! Believe it or not, I still like them, haha. I actually have been to 3 of their shows, heh. I think I may be able to go to another one this summer, and I'm pretty happy about it b/c I haven't seen them in years and years. It won't be completely the same with Kevin gone, but it will still be good.

It was kinda funny. Since it was my first concert, I didn't really know much (or care much) about good and bad seats. My friend and I were WAY up in the nosebleeds, but we were still thrilled beyond reason to be there. We acted like total fools. It was hilarious.

Haha, Breann. I've seen 'NSYNC three times as well (No Strings Attached and Pop Odyssey were two of them, however I missed Celebrity). I would be happy about an 'NSYNC reunion tour as well. And about the joy of your first concert though your seats sucked, that was me at my first concert which was also my first 'NSYNC concert. So, you are in good company.

Addy, don't be embarassed about your concert history. We are entiltled to musical growth and maturity, our own tastes in music, and even a few otherwise "embarrasing" concerts and likes.

My very first concert was KISS on their Psycho Circus Tour in 97....followed by the Sammy Hagar/David Lee Roth "Best Of Both Worlds" Tour in I think 99 or 2000. Now I'm well over a hundred shows and concerts, but those were the first two.
